When you use our quote form we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address (optional), suburb or area, the service you are interested in, and your message. Our website host and security tools may also record technical information such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site working and secure.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you agree to that.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is stored in our website and in our email. Our web hosting and email providers handle it on our behalf. If you contact us on WhatsApp or Facebook, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records, and then we delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kevin@kayjaytech.co.za. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
